Would you like to become a

and support our charity

If you would like to help your local Rotary Club, but are unable, or do not wish to become a member, then you may like to become a ‘Friend of Rotary’.

Members of the Public, who are not Rotarians, can become ‘Friends of Rotary’ and, in that way, share in the work of our Rotary Club by helping those in need and supporting our local community.

It is hoped our ‘Friends’ will welcome the opportunity to assist in Rotary activities and projects; such as being helpers at events and community activities?

As a Friend of Rotary you will be invited to attend some of our meetings when you will have an opportunity to meet our members and other “Friends”.

There will be no obligation to pay a membership fee; however we would welcome charitable donations from our ‘Friends’

We will keep our “Friends” advised on Rotary activities by a regular email newsletter and give them opportunities to be involved in attending Rotary events.

Who can become a ‘Friend of Rotary’:  Men and women who support Rotary ideals and who have a concern and interest in helping others.

The benefits of being a ‘Friend’ of Rotary include:

Opportunities for individuals to make a difference; contributing something to the community.

Supporting the community and Rotary in areas of their interest; even if their time is limited,

Enjoyment from making new friends and taking part in a safe and friendly environment.

Using skills and experience that are valuable and needed in our community

Having fun whilst making a difference and helping to raise money for good causes.
